While other bankruptcy firms may advertise payment plans, we at TEAM LEGAL CHICAGO feel that this is misleading in that bankruptcy protection does not kick in until the chapter 7 petition is filed. There is not a law firm in Chicago that we know of that will file a petition until the fee is paid in full.
