motto is to help you get a fresh start without worrying
about high legal fees. Our flat fees for all chapter 7
cases are as follows:
$799.00 if
you have 15 or more creditors and or a foreclosure either
pending or on your credit report, plus $299.00 filing fees.
This fee also includes married couples.
Our fee is $699.00 plus a $299.00 filing fee with less than
15 unsecured creditors.
The only other cost is your credit counseling course which
you can take over the internet or telephone, and is a court

agency is found here. The fee for the class ranges
anywhere from $35.00 to $50.00 depending on where you
go. There are no other hidden fees or costs other than
the costs mentioned above.
We do not offer any payment plans and payment must be
received in full before we can file your case.
